Rachel was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She attended The University of Tennessee at Knoxville where she majored in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree, she moved back home to Memphis to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She has completed her core pelvic health training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
Her interest in the field began when her sister received care from MoJo Pelvic Health, and she was drawn to the incredible impact it had on her sister, her health, and her overall well-being. Since then, Rachel has completed a rotation with MoJo in her third year of physical therapy school, shadowed multiple pelvic health specialists and connected with so many women and men about the life changing effects of this specialty.

Sara Lynn is a physical therapist with over 19 years of experience treating patients with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. She developed a passion for helping women and men with pelvic health conditions and has focused her practice in this area for the last 10 years. She has extensive training in orthopedics and pelvic health with a focus on pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy/post partum conditions. Sara Lynn addresses these dysfunctions through a team approach and by treating the whole person using manual/”hands-on” techniques, visceral mobilization, exercise, trigger point dry needling, and lots of education. Her pelvic health training includes the completion of numerous courses through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the American Physical Therapy Association Academy of Pelvic Health.
Prior to founding MOJO, Sara Lynn developed and managed a pelvic health physiotherapy program that grew to 12 pelvic health clinics across five states. She worked with a group to successfully open and manage the first stand-alone pelvic health physiotherapy clinic in the Memphis region. She has been integral in developing training programs and educating physical therapists and physical therapy students about pelvic health. Cody has been practicing Medical Nutrition Therapy in the clinical setting for a local hospital for the past eight years. Her clinical experience has been working with clients in the community with interactions via home visits. She brings a variety of nutritional experiences into her nutrition counseling sessions. She finds interest in integrative and functional nutrition as well as intuitive/mindful eating. She educates and supports breastfeeding mothers any chance she gets. Cody became passionate about breastfeeding when she had her son and experienced breastfeeding challenges in her own life. She completed an Orthopedic Manual Therapy residency program through the Ola Grimsby Institute in Seattle, WA. Sadie Wilkinson grew up in Meridian, Mississippi and attended the University of Mississippi where she earned her degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish. She knew from an early age she wanted to work in the medical field, and fell in love with the physical therapy profession while working at an outpatient orthopedic clinic during her senior year at Ole Miss.
